Hotel Information Technology Association (HITA) Banten (Banten Chapter) is a professional community connecting IT practitioners in the hotel and hospitality industry.

A shared focus on hotel network security

With support from Genians, PT ELUON hosted a joint exhibition booth and participated in the presentation programme. Donghan Kim, Genians’ Head of Global Sales for APAC & EMEA, joined the team and delivered a presentation on network security in hospitality.

The presentation explored the complexity of hotel networks, including guest Wi-Fi, point-of-sale and payment systems, connected locks and CCTV, and operations spanning multiple properties. These different environments make understanding connected devices and their access requirements an important part of network-security planning.

Conversations at the ELUON–Genians booth

The joint booth provided an opportunity for visitors to meet our team and discuss Genian NAC. The event brought technology providers and hospitality IT practitioners together to exchange perspectives on the needs of hotel operations.

PT ELUON thanks HITA Banten for the invitation and Genians for its collaboration.
